Richard M. Jugovich, 70, of New Galilee passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at his home. He is the son of Pauline (Benko) Jugovich and the late John Jugovich and was born September 11, 1955, in Pittsburgh.
He is survived by his sons; Joshua and his wife Meredith of Cecil, Michael Jugovich and his wife Jacklyn of Pittsburgh, his grandchildren; Elliott Jugovich, Ingrid Jugovich, Parker Jugovich, Morgan Jugovich, Zoey Jugovich, his brother; John Jugovich and one sister; Paula Jugovich Bejster, along with numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dogs; Mr. Dink and Homer.
He was a 1973 graduate of Bishop Canevin High School. After graduation he joined the Mill-Wright Union and was employed in the steel industry. He had two sons; Joshua and Michael Jugovich. He was an avid gardener, especially his tomato plants and raising his chickens. He was known for making the hottest crushed red peppers. Most of all he loved spending time with his dogs. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren.
