Randall “Randy” Blinn, 70, of Perry Twp, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at his home. He was the son of the late Virgil and Helen (Bintrim) Blinn and was born May 31, 1954, in Ellwood City.
He is survived by his brother; Kevan Blinn and his wife Jill of Perry Twp, his niece; Nicole Maunder of Ellwood City, and one great-nephew; Aaron Maunder, one nephew; Christopher Maunder and his wife Ashley of Ellwood City, and one great-nephew; Luca Maunder, his cousins; Jake O’Neil and his wife Michelle of Indianapolis.
Randy was born and raised in Ellwood City. He was 1972 a graduate of Lincoln High School. He was employed by Garrett’s and Bilco and finally he was employed by GE. While still working, he also owned and operated Randall Gun’s in Frisco. He operated and owned it for over 40 years until his passing in 2025. He was also a private pilot and enjoyed competition shooting and traveling. He enjoyed riding street bikes. Randy was a loving son, brother, uncle and a friend to all who knew him. Randy made many friends from his beloved gun-shop, Randall’s Guns and enjoyed their friendships.
Friends may call on the family on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Turner-Hyde Funeral & Cremation Services with a Memorial Service immediately following at 7:00PM, with Pastor Rob Guy, officiating at Turner-Hyde.
Interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park in Rochester.
