Patricia “Pat” Lazar

Patricia “Pat” Lazar, 76, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital in Sewickley. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Edward and Verna (Campbell) Reilly and was born November 15, 1948, in Ellwood City.

She is survived by her daughters; Trish Fichter of Chewton, Brandie Moyer-Klink and her husband Randy Klink, Jr., her grandchildren; Ashlee Lamenza and her husband Joseph of Ellwood City, Janae Singer of New Castle, Kelsey Million of Ellwood City, Samantha Million New Castle, Reilly Million of Ellwood City, her great-grandchildren; Gio and Giada Lamenza, Gabriel Singer-Kohl, Joshua Brown, and Aubrey Morini, her siblings; Carolyn Spinnenweber of Beaver Falls and James Reilly and his wife Ginger of Ellwood City.

She was a 1966 graduate of Lincoln High School. Pat enjoyed writing and was a talented poet. She was employed by Seneca Bank, First National Bank and retired from PNC Bank as a head bank teller, after over 25 years of service. She loved nature and animals and absolutely loved Hallmark Christmas Specials. She was a longtime member of First Church of God in Ellwood City and enjoyed spending time with her church friends. Pat was a loving mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her dog, Gracie, who was 14 years old.

Per Pat’s wishes, there will be no services.

Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery in Ellwood City.

Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Turner-Hyde Funeral & Cremation Services located at 6th and Park in Ellwood City.
