Marie C. Keul, 88, of North Sewickley Twp passed away on Friday, February 28, 2026, at ANH Hospital in Wexford. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Dybka) Chrobak and was born May 20, 1937, in Rochester.
She is survived by her daughter; Jean Marie K. Householder and her husband David of North Sewickley Twp, her grandchildren; Devin Tyler Householder and his wife Lauren, Hillary Anne Burkett and her husband John, her siblings; Joyce Greaves and nephew John from Clakston, MI, Jeanette Wright of Hamburg, NY and her beloved cat Muffy.
She was a 1955 graduate of Pine Valley High School in South Dayton, NY. Marie met the love of her life, William “Bill” Keul in the fall of 1957 and they were married in June of 1958. They were married 66 years, upon Bill’s passing in 2024. They met while working at Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania. Marie also worked for Fisher’s Big Wheel in Ellwood City and Kmart in Chippewa. Marie and Bill attended Providence Baptist Church and Immanuel Baptist Church of New Brighton. Marie had been a resident of St. John’s Senior Community Care Facility for over 2 years. She enjoyed sewing, shopping, baking, flower gardening, bus trips and her beloved cats. Marie’s homemade pies and coffee cakes will greatly be missed by her friends and family.
Friends can call on the family on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10:00AM-11:30AM at the Turner-Hyde Funeral Home in Ellwood City with a Funeral Service immediately following at 11:30AM with Pastor Doug Toth of Immanuel Baptist Church Officiating, at Turner-Hyde
Interment will be in North Sewickley in Ellwood City.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting Memorial Donations to be made to the Beaver County Human Society at https://beavercountyhumanesociety.org/online-donation/.
