Kenneth W. Ketterer, 81, of Wampum passed away on December 2, 2025 at Harmony Hills Health and Rehab Center in Wexford. He was the son of the late Karl and Grace (Irwin) Ketterer and was born April 10, 1944 in Grove City.
He is survived by his children; Kelly Stevens and her husband Bill of Ellwood City, Thomas Ketterer of Wampum, and his grandchildren; Maddox and Maison Stevens.
Kenneth was born in Grove City and was a 1963 graduate of Lincoln High School. He also attended Youngstown State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing. He married the love of his life, Cathy Kelly in August of 1970. They were married 55 years at the time of her passing. He was a long time employee and car salesman for McElwain Motors in Ellwood City. He and Cathy were longtime members of Ellwood First United Methodist Church where they both sang in the choir and were very active members. He was a member and Past Master of the Ellwood-Parian Lodge of the F&AM and was also a 60-year member. Kenneth also loved spending time with his family and enjoyed just sitting on his front porch with family and watching the animals and overlooking their property. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Cathy Ketterer, his siblings; Richard Ketterer, Colleen Augostinelli, Don Ketterer, Margie Hendrickson, and David Ketterer.
Per Ken’s wishes his services are private.
Interment will be Clinton Cemetery in Wampum, PA
