Shirley Linnea Majors Duff

January 25, 1935 - February 18, 2022

Shirley Linnea Majors Duff, 87, of Ellwood City passed away Friday, February 18, 2022, at Hospice of the Valley in Poland, OH. Shirley was born in Ellwood City to the late Harold and Edna Brophy Majors on January 25, 1935. She is survived by her children; James Duff, and his wife Susan of Beaver Falls, PA, Carol Sockaci, and her husband Lyle of Darlington and Joann Vano, and her husband Ed of Poland, OH, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She met and married the love of her life Floyd Duff in 1952 and they were married for 54 years, before his passing, in 2006. She loved painting and spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoyed going on family picnics. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband; Floyd Jay Duff, sons; Floyd J. Duff, Jr and Dale Leroy Duff, grandson; Stephen Sockaci, sister; Betty Graham, Etta, and brother; Duane and Jim Jim. Services are private, for Mrs. Duff, at her family’s request. Interment will be in Lillyville Church of God Cemetery in Ellwood City. Arrangements entrusted to the TURNER FUNERAL HOME located at 500 6th Street in Ellwood City.
